Table Tonic currently delivers our full range Australia wide.
Table Tonic currently delivers Uashmama, Towels, Keyrings, Fashion, Jewellery and Bags/Clutches ONLY worldwide.

SHIPPING FEES
Australian orders $50 and above: Delivery is FREE (no code required)!
Australian orders under $50: Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $7.95.
International orders (Uashmama, Towels, Keyrings, Fashion, Jewellery and Bags/Clutches ONLY): Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $25.

Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 1 business day. We use Fastway Couriers (and occasionally Australia Post) for all our deliveries and a signature will be required upon delivery. Due to the value of the goods that we sell and in order to ensure your purchase is secure, we require proof of delivery for most orders. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Sale purchases: We do not offer refunds on sale purchases, we will however happily offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. 

All other purchases: You may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months).

Please email help@tabletonic.com.au prior to returning an item and we will provide you with a return address. Refunds are applied to the original credit card or method of payment.

We do not offer refunds on sale purchases, we will however happily offer a store credit or exchange. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. 

REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable). Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (only exchanged or a credit note issued).
